They arrived on time as scheduled. Home Depot wanted almost half as much at the company I hired for all of the windows. They provided me with a verbal estimate while they were there and then the written estimate they provided was $500 more. The technician said that he made a mistake in the calculations and he also had to feed his family.

I always use Home Depot for my hardware and home supply needs. They seem to me to be more customer-friendly than the local Lowe's across the street. For example, the last time I was there I was searching for an item and asked a clerk. He stopped what he was doing and actually TOOK ME to the aisle where the item was located.

The installation cost was unacceptable. The price of the generator was reasonable and acceptable. The installation was half of the bill. The company in charge of the installation was C.F.I. Generators and they are contractors to Home Depot.

THE GUYS THEY SENT OUT DID A GREAT JOB, BUT WE WERE TREATED RUDELY BY THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE. THE PEOPLE WE DEALT WITH WERE FULL OF SMART REMARKS, AND THAT UPSET US BOTH.

THE DOORS HAD TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED BECAUSE THE DOORS WERE ODD SHAPED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY GOOD. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID ALL THE CLEAN UP AND GAVE US A TIME FRAME AND WERE FINISHED ON TIME.
