Very poor. Greg came to install new rails on my trash can drawer because they were rusty and old. He did but new rails are not working because they do not allow me to open or close the drawer without difficulty!! The drawer is now also crooked. It has not been installed correctly or else the rails are wrong size. Either way very hard for me to open or close the drawer! He has also said he would order new rails if I pay !!! Very unhappy. I paid him $150 and now can’t use my trash drawer.

"Greg replaced the old rails with new heavy duty rails made to hold the weight of a trash can. They are new so they are a little tighter than the old ones. [Member Name Removed] called indicating she couldn't open the drawer. Greg went over within an hour and had no trouble opening the drawer. He made an adjustment per [Member Name Removed]'s request. This drawer is straight, it is the drawer above that is crooked. Greg offered to install different rails with no labor cost, just the cost of the rails about $16. [Member Name Removed] refused."

Debbie and Greg were amazing! We had our fireplace and staircase painted. They were easy to communicate with over email and were very personable. They were punctual and efficient. They were especially patient with us having a distracting 2-year-old in the house while they worked. The work just over two days (the staircase was intricate work). Would definitely hire them again and are very pleased with their work and service! Thank you!

Siding job was completed. Couldn't do concrete work. Gave me names of people to call. They wouldn't even check it out. But it's done. Neighbor fixed it.

It went very well. Greg came the day I was expecting him, and he even called to see if he could come 3 hours early, and I said yes. After completing the work he even mailed me Information about two types of mouldings that I could use.

Greg & Debbie painted a few rooms in our home, including a two story foyer. They were timely in their estimate, responses, and showed up when they said they would. They did excellent work and went above and beyond. (There was a small wall that I couldn't remember whether or not it was included in the original estimate. Greg volunteered to paint it anyway.) Debbie was particularly sweet with our dogs. The house looks great.

The Henley's were very punctual when they came for the quote and when they did the work. They were great to work with...professional and personable. They did an excellent job patching up holes from the previous owners going crazy with drywall anchors and other imperfections. They finished painting in a timely manner. The painting looks great. They cleaned up well after themselves. We would definitely hire again.

The project went well from day one. The Henleys responded quickly, the work was performed exactly within the time frame given, the price was within my expectation. My unfinished basement now looks like a laundry/ storage area with charming and adequate lighting and our belongings are efficiently stored. I have already requested more estimates from Henley Home Services.

We communicated through the chat feature on Angie's List and I was able to get it scheduled while in the midst of a bunch of other things. Greg was great! He was here a little early and waited until the exact time scheduled because I had mentioned I was busy beforehand. I really appreciated that. Once he came inside, he noticed that the fix I needed was a 2 second fix, so I had him go ahead and do another tiny job for me and he gave me a very fair price. I had trouble getting someone else out for my little job. I asked about other jobs he does. So, I am thinking about hiring him for some larger projects Hubby and I haven't wanted to do.

The entire process went very smooth. He was punctual, polite, and we look forward to doing business with him again. The quality of the work was A+! He quoted us around $335 or so and was honest when he stated the materials were a little less than what he had initially thought; I appreciated that.

We were originally scheduled for May 17th but the forecast was for rain that day and he rescheduled , the day prior, for May 18th. He arrived promptly at the time scheduled and worked very quickly. He was very professional and friendly.

The painting was very good and both Greg and Debbie were pleasant to work with and paint in a quality fashion. Debbie came back and painted the front door trim and did some touch-ups. Greg said he could come back in the spring to touch-up a little trim piece that goes around the house between stonework and the siding if it needed it since it takes a weather beating. Would definitely use again. Thanks.
