They used a different school district to do the appraisal for my home. They made too many adjustments in the appraisal for it to be correct. They did not take their time to do an adaquate appraisal.

The appraiser I worked with was Robert Nagle. Very friendly and did an amazing job. He stayed in constant contact with me and the property management company that manages the home. Mr. Nagle was very professional and I can't say enough about the service both he and this company provided. For anyone living in, or seeking an appraisal of property in the areas this company appraises in Ohio, you would absolutely foolish not to use this company. I mean down right foolish!!
Customer service is very important to me after working for 22 years at USAA Insurance company. If anyone knows the level of service that's provided at USAA, you know exactly what I'm talking about when it comes to great service. Mr. Nagle sent me everything I needed and more with his appraisal. I look forward to working with them again when I purchase additional property in that area. Thanks again Mr. Nagle. The guy they sent out was personable, professional and thorough. The price was reasonable and I give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.
