Help Movers

Leaving a reviewe because I can't recommend Help Movers enough. Our organization hired them last week (May 2025) to move the impossible, and they did it. We needed a truck to move a piece of custom farm equipment that was inoperable, and quite dangerous. We moved it ourselves in the past and found it too difficult to do twice. Gary and his employee were incredibly helpful. They arrvied on time and were incredibly professional throughout the entire experience. Even though the piece of equipment was very difficult to move and they had to put in the extra work to disassemble parts of it for us, they were courteous and patient the entire time. We didn't travel along for the equipment to be dropped off, but when they reached the site (after a 3+ hour drive on winding, narrow, Kentucky roads), they sent pictures of the delivery and let us know it arrived safely. I will absolutely hire Help Movers again, especially for any difficult, heavy or challenging moves in the future!

We have moved 3 times in the past 5 years. Never once have we dealt with such incompetent and rude people. These people are flat out horrible. Perhaps things would have been different if Gary were there. He did show up though.... right when his movers were leaving.... to get his money. ps: We've been in contact with Gary quite a bit over the past 2 weeks since the move. He insists he'll take care of it but we have yet to get anything from him. Once he noted that his people (the ones who were incredibly rude and damaged our furniture and drove through our yard) would be the ones to come back to our house and fix them. Also... I mentioned to him that I found a similar example of service provided by Help! Movers. He said "She was trying to get me in her bed to sleep with her". Here's that review: "I utilized this company to move my belongings when I sold my home and had to put my things in storage until I could locate and purchase a new home. I reached out to the company owner on 5/30/18 to inform of damage found to some of my furniture and other items upon removal from storage. I informed Mr. ***** of soiled mattress, scraped & possibly gauged furniture pieces and reminded of phone cord cut by his worker in the initial move. Mr. ***** was approachable and efficient in responding when I first reached out and was in open and consistent dialog with me and gave me the impression he was sorry about incidents and wanted to work quickly as possible to address and compensate for the damages done. I did let him know that there was the concern that 1 piece of furniture (headboard) may not be a repairable item that may need to be considered for replacement. I asked him on more than one occasion to stop by to take a look in person at the item I sent him a picture(s) via text."
