It was an insurance job and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was extremely thorough when he came out to give the estimate. He tested everything for water damage, which was our problem. He brought a meter and he checked and found water where I did not know that I had it. The other company I had come out did not do that and would have missed a key spot where I had water in the wall. He was very clean when putting up the drywall and used plastic sheeting so that it wasn't all over the house. This company had excellent quality of workmanship and always made sure that I was happy with what was going on. I upgraded and got some new countertops and he worked with the countertop supplier to work through an issue that I did not even have to deal with. The work was excellent and I am very happy with what they did for us. It was a horrible situation and the owner made it easy. I had water in my ceiling and he even got me in touch with the right people to dry out my ceiling. He waived my insurance deductible which made it feasible for us to get the new countertops. I will use them again in the future.

Shannon, his crew and GSI were knowledgable and professional. They co-ordinate well with the dry out company and started demolition as soon as the dry out equipment was out of the house. The job was done well and quickly.

GSI sealed off the family room and kitchen so well that there was no demolition or construction dust in the rest of the house. They did a perfect job laying the new floor and replacing base board in the kitchen and laundry room which have ceramic tile floors.
