Robert Grunn and Eric were very professional and met all of our family's expectations. They catered to all of our wishes even though some of our requests were very non-traditional. We had the 2 day service. My sister and I had interviewed 3 funeral homes. Grunn funeral home was less than half the price of the others and offered the same or better service. We didin't give up anything that we wanted. Our father was picked up less than 2 hours of passing and would have been sooner, but hospice had to release the body. We definitely plan to use them again for our families needs. Our Father had lost so much weight, we were afraid of the cosmetic side, but they did a marvelous job. No inappropriate make-up. We were very pleased.

I found Main Street Casket/Eric Lusain after reading on a consumer advocacy site that you do not have to buy the casket at the funeral home and that a funeral home cannot charge you for supplying your own casket. I showed up at the store only to see that you needed an appt. I called the number on the door to set-up appt. but Eric said he could be there in 5 minutes. Small showroom with full-size casket. No pressure. Eric informed me about the caskets he has AND informed me of my options when planning my loved one's funeral. Price of casket included delivery. I purchased a beautiful casket. At the funeral, everyone said how beautiful it was. The cost of a very similar casket from the funeral home would have been approx. $2600. Highly professional. Valuable service and advice at a time when I was overwhelmed in planning the funeral. I have since recommended Eric to others who might need funeral services in the near future.
