They are very professional and they all seem to love their job. They care very much about the comfort level of the dog and they do a good job. If they have to do something other then what they told you, they give a call ahead of time to get permission.

It's a nice day spa for your dog, but it's a little pricey. My dog came out looking very beautiful, but she was so fluffy and fine on her legs she got matted very easily again. I don't know what they did, but whatever it was, it made her look nice and on her legs, but it was very easy to get matted.

My experience at Groomingdales is always fantastic! They have a wonderful group of qualified groomers who take very good care of their animal clients. My dog has been going there since she was a puppy (8 years) and I'd never take her anywhere else!!

We have used them a couple of times. They are very cat friendly. They do the nail trimming, de-matting, shampoo, and trim for a long haired cat. We drop out cat off and scheduling is great. There is flexibility too, because they work on Saturday's.
