Even though they were very busy and I did not have an appointment, they
found time to do this for me. Very professional and quick. I would
recommend anybody to do business with these people.

They are very good. They constantly give good service. Their location is convenient; my husband is satisfied.

I would use them for smaller repairs but not for some larger repairs. We took our truck in for some large repairs and had to keep taking it back; we ended up taking it to the dealership. They are always friendly, always have a good deal and we never have trouble getting in.

We have been pleased with their performance.

They generally do a good job. If there are some real problems where they have a hard time taking care of it and have to keep the vehicle for a while, they will give me a rental car without charge. I have a charge account with them. They are generally reliable.

I have only been to the Grismer Tire Company in Centerville and they are a chain. We picked them initially because they are close to us. We started off with really simple things. We then did a couple of larger things where we got an estimate from them and also an estimate from somebody else. Their service was always less expensive, but of very high quality. So we have been going to them since then. They are very honest. If they are not sure what the problem is, then they will tell us and send us to usually the dealer. My wife’s car’s transmission lights or dashboard lights were coming on. So we took it to Grismer's and they checked a few things. The mechanic was very honest and told us that he couldn’t verify what had happened. He also told us that it was fairly expensive to fix. He then recommended us to take it to the dealer. So we did that and it was a solenoid problem. However, we had a bad experience with the dealership because they were very pushy in trying to get us to use their other services. We have never had such a problem with Grismer’s. They tell us what we need and they go from there. I had another experience with them recently. I have a Ford F150 and I needed new tires. They said that we only needed 2 tires instead of 4 and that’s all I bought. They have a perk wherein you get 3 free oil changes if you buy 4 tires from them. The technician is technically not supposed to do that, but he gave me a free oil change since I at least bought half of them. They gave me a very good price and I did some comparison shopping with other tire places. I have always been very happy with their service. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They do take walk-ins, but it’s better if you call and have an appointment. They are always very punctual about that. I think their prices even for simple things like an oil change is good. I could get cheaper prices if I go somewhere else, but I don’t trust them. I can get an oil change at Grismer’s for $20 and they check all the belts, hoses and the fluid levels. I have more confidence in their service. So it’s worth going back.

Being nicknamed "The Queen of Car Trouble", I have always been very anxious when it comes to taking my car in for repairs. I have in the past had a hard time trusting repair centers, but with Grismer, I trust them completly. They were recommended by friends that I trust, and I find it was a good call.

It went well. You have to call a day or two ahead of time to schedule an appointment, but they had the work done by the time they said they did. Grismer provide free Wifi, but the waiting room is a little dingy, so I usually go to starbucks to wait, which is a 2 minute walk up the road. I've used them several times, and Stacy (male) has been very helpful every time. They also regularly have coupons in the regular circulars in the Centerville area.

I have used them for 7 years. They are very reliable. They don’t try to talk you into lots of extra stuff. They do excellent job on what needs to be done. They are very friendly.

very knowledgeable staff, had the tires in stock. Price was a bit higher than competition ( I shopped around), but there were 4 oil changes included, which, if $30 each, made up the difference. I understand the cost of oil change to Grismer is much less, but I needed the oil change. Would have given them an A, except they wouldn't take off some "lifetime rebalancing" warranty that I didn't notice on the work order. These are pure profit for the company, since tires that aren't damaged generally will not need rebalancing. They will check alignment for free as needed, and that is convenient for me. If time is the issue, you will get pretty good work, but you will pay. The tires were made in 2008; good turnover of stock.

After I took my car into the shop for the oil change, they called me and said that I needed other things done. This is not the first time they have tried things that needed repair since we keep regular maintenance on the car. After this, I changed where I get my oil changes done.
