It went great. Very professional locally owned and operated service. Once a week the Grass Monkeys pulled up, unloaded their mower and trimmer and cut my lawn. Afterwards they quickly cleaned the sidewalks and driveway. Usually they were done in 20 minutes and I have a corner lot. They maintain several yards in my neighborhood and I was always impressed with the way those lawns looked. I was not disappointed. For the entire summer my lawn looked great. In 2011, they charged $32.50/week for their service. Since mowing/edging/cleaning usually took me an entire afternoon (and several Ibuprofen) it was a bargain. Towards the end of the summer when it got really hot and the lawn didn't need mowing, they would skip a week to protect the lawn (sacrificing their own income). They always stopped to answer my questions and they responded quickly to my emails. I was very happy with their service.
