He tested everything to make sure it was working correctly and he was ready to go. I can't say enough about
this gentleman's professionalism and courtesy. He was careful about my floors, and didn't even mind my
two dogs trying to give him a hand (or paw).
He charges a little more for the house call, but considering I was bilked out of over $500 by a furnace guy
back in the summer....I didn't mind paying a little more for someone honest, in the long run he saved me money!
I just found my new furnace guy!

Gemin had installed my A/C system many years previously and that done a great job with that, so I called him for an estimate when my furnace went out during the February, 2012 wind storm/cold snap. I had received two other bids from other contractors and decided to go with Gemin even though his estimate was higher. I wasn't home when the system was installed, but from what I understand, he was prompt, businesslike, courteous, and didn't leave a mess in the house.
Unlike other contractors I've had bid on various jobs, Gemin treated me with respect and didn't try to B.S. me or sell me something I didn't need (as a single woman I really appreciate that). He even worked with me to figure out the most affordable solution.
Gemin doesn't spend much if any money on advertising, so you won't see a big expensive display ad in the Yellow Pages. He seems to get most of his business from word-of-mouth and referrals (that's how I found him).

Gemin service rep showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. The service was performed quickly and to my satisfaction.

They came out during a snow blizzard and did the job. They were reasonably priced and we have had no problems since. He was professional.

I had several different companies come out and try to find the leak. Finally, I called him up and asked him to look and see if they could find a leak in the roof. I had used him before to install a furnace. He tried different things, but could not find the leak. He told me that if it leaked again to call him and he would come back out. It has not leaked since.
