I had a 50 year old tumbler lock in my kitchen door that was no longer working. I took it apart and brought in down for advice and parts. After I could not fix it I called for help from a locksmith. It turned out to be an old lock of a type that the locksmith had never seen. That made me feel better about my own failure with it.

the locksmith patiently and effectively rebuilt the lock successfully. It still works great.

Gem City's locksmith was on point from the start. The locksmith arrived within an hour of my call to the shop. He promptly got to work, made a few money saving suggestions (replacing lock cylinders, moving newer deadbolts vs. installing totally new ones), and was incredibly personable and professional. If I ever need any locksmith services, these are my guys.

.They are always professional and I trust them. They don't come into your home any further then they have to. I have been using them since 1985. They had to one time give me a new key for my car too. I will continue to use them.
