I spoke with the General Manager, Tony.  He told me initially it would probably be a 3-day job on 7/14/14.  When it took longer, we just accepted it.  I called on 7/19/14 when the work wasn’t done to see what was going on.  Tony yelled and screamed at me and told me I had a nasty attitude and hung up on me.  I called him back to get it straightened out but he wouldn't listen to me.  He called Monday and he screamed at me again saying that he just wanted to get us our bill and get out and never work for us again and he hung up on me again.  He was very nasty to me and my husband, he lied to us and treated his workers terribly.  The workers themselves were polite, nice and did their work.  But Tony treated us and his workers horribly.

I was very satisfied with the finished roof. However, the gentleman did not want to change the gutters, and water was leaking into my garage, disturbing the foundation of my home. Eventually they came out to correct the problem. They offered the lowest bid when I was retreaving estimates..

 They had done it for me 20 years ago so that's why I'm having them back.

WE WERE BASICALLY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. WE NEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK TWICE TO FIX SOME ERRORS, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THE CALL AND CAME AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
