Gallion was able to provide service only 1 1/2 hours after our first contacting them to repair a furnace during the worst cold snap in a decade. When 2 other big, local companies were only able to schedule appointments for the next day, Gallion sent a technician who had finished a job early. My family was stuck without heat on the coldest day of the year, and Gallion was the only company we contacted able to help.
Our technician, Mat, diagnosed the issue fairly quickly, and communicated the steps he was taking and all of the possible issues he was checking into. After slipping on his synthetic protective boot covers (most companies do this, but still, nice touch, especially when the technician has to put them on and take them off 3-4 times as they return to their truck for another tool or part), he found the blower capacitor had gone bad, and replaced it right then. All in all, he  was there about an hour. The charge for all of the time, labor, and parts was $120 after Gallion's online 10% off coupon. I was impressed with Mat's transparency as he worked. He had to dismantle part of the duct work coming out of the furnace to access the malfunctioning part, and did all the work very quickly and affordably. 

Very professional organization from beginning to end.. Asked for call back online and it was easy. Tech was prompt on the day of the service call and diagnosed the problem quickly.. He explained everything well and the repair was made in a timely and professional manner.. I felt the price was reasonable for the services done..

I have used Gallion Heating/HVAC for over 10 years and could not be more satisfied.  They keep my furnace and air conditioning in perfect running condition for a reasonable fee.
