France Precision Painting

We have a huge old Victorian house with lots of Dentil crown molding. The previous paint was oil based so a great priming job was needed. Mr. Sean was VERY knowledgeable and forward with the paint job. He originally quoted us $2000, which compared to others was reasonable, but it may be less as we would have to see how much sanding would be needed and after speaking to Mr. Sean we could tell he took pride in his work and knew what he needed to get done the PROPER way. He cleaned up after himself each day and even called to ask if it was ok if he opened up the home windows as the fumes may be strong for our kids, so by the time we got home it was all clear for my family. He gave us daily updates. I felt very confident with him in our home by himself, I didn't worry about him stealing anything and I will hire him again. He finished the job in a timely manner and gave us the bill. It was BELOW the original quote, I questioned the price and he showed me his bill for the products and stated that since we added much of our own supply's it was below the quote and he had finished earlier then thought. Anyone else would have just taken the extra money. In my book his integrity speaks volumes, we WILL hire him again. Very happy with the final job, it looks so nice I could not be happier with the results.

Sean was very professional with us.  He was willing to work around our availability and work schedules.  He performed the work as promised and communicated well.

WE NEEDED TWO BEDROOMS PAINTED SO I WENT TO ANGIES LIST TO HELP FIND THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB.
  AFTER READING SEVERAL COMPANYS REVIEWS, I CAME ACROSS SEAN LANCE PAINTING AND AFTER READING THE REVIEWS FROM SEVERAL  DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS ,I TOLD MY HUSBAND I THINK THIS IS THE GUY FOR US.
WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR SEAN TO COME BY AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE.. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE COST AND SET UP A DATE FOR HIM TO START.
SEAN SHOWED UP AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND WASTED NO TIME GETTING TO WORK. THIS YOUNG MAN WAS AMAZING, NOT ONLY DID HE WORK ALONE BUT WAS FAST AND REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.
 (SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE WORK, SEAN ASK US TO COME UP AND SEE THE PROGRESS . AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED , I WAS AMAZED !!!! YOU COULD NOT TELL WERE THE CRACKS HAD BEEN ( OUR HOUSE IS 91 YEARS OLD )
   
, TO SUM THIS UP , SEAN WAS THE MOST POLITE PROFESSIONAL YOUNG MAN THAT I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH. I CANNOT THINK OF ENOUGH  KIND THINGS TO SAY ABOUT SEAN , HIS WORK IS ABOVE REPROACH AND I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT. IF YOU CHOOSE HIM TO DO WORK YOU WILLNEVER BE SORRY/

It was great. He came and he was very professional. He did a great job of painting and spraying everything. We were very happy with the finish. I would recommend him to the other members. We liked the work that he did downstairs and he did a nice job painting the boards downstairs so we just brought him back to do the other stuff upstairs. We were happy with the work so we had him back. He did a nice job and he showed up on time. When he said that he was going to have the doors done, he did. His price was also reasonable with everybody else. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

Sean was very professional and a delight to work with.  He did an excellent job and had the entire home done in under 2 weeks when other companies quoted much longer timeframe and the need for a "large crew" when Sean did this on his own.
Comfortable with Sean being in our house while we were at work, was very reliable and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
Very respectful, even removed his shoes during the time he worked at the house due to the carpet just being cleaned.  Cleaned up after himself every day.

Highly recommend Sean for any paint jobs.

They did a great job. They were quick, professional and on time. I had them purchase the paint and brought it over. The sanded everything down, primed and painted. All of the work was done inside the home, so it took about a week and a half. The trim was oak and they painted it white. The work was done well and they laid down tarps and found no paint anywhere once the work was completed.

Sean did an absolutely fantastic job painting the complete interior of my house! Not only were there no roll marks or runs, but everything was taped off precisely. He also did a thorough job cleaning everything up at the end of every day. I shopped around too, and his prices were the best!! You WILL NOT find a better painting company!!!
