Hello! We are Footprints Floors and we've been serving customers since 2008. At Footprints Floors, we know that great impressions start with great floors! "We thank you for your business and we are sorry you felt communication was lacking however we are surprised and disappointed to see your posting. Someone was in contact with you and/or your husband many times before and throughout the project by phone or text. Although the materials you purchased from a 3rd party were delayed because of delayed payment on your part and you had bathroom vanities with legs installed prior instead of after your flooring as was installed originally agreed in your contract which resulted in a need to reschedule your project on more than one occasion we collaborated and found a solution that worked. Because of this and without adding trip charges we returned several times on what should have been able to have been completed in a single trip and we even went as far as to return again after completing and bring you a selection of aftermarket transitions when the ones from the manufacturer of your floor that you purchased didn't meet your satisfaction. When we talked at the end of your project you indicated you were satisfied and happy with the outcomes, we've reached out to you, if something has changed since completion please feel free to contact us directly."
