Pleased with termite control and ant elimination. Had moles exterminated in very early spring, and I'm not sure how effective it was. We still have some, although it seems perhaps fewer than last year.

I hired Extermital Termite & Pest Control to spray my house and place termite traps in my yard. I paid nearly $500 for NOTHING!!!!! They came and placed termite traps in my yard. On the invoice I paid for each trap plus labor to install them. They came just a few days ago and dug up all of my traps saying that the traps belong to them and I don't get to keep them even though I paid for them. They never did tell me if they found termites or not. When I had them scheduled to spray my house they never showed up. I called and talked to a very rude woman who said she would have her manager call me. We've been playing phone tag. I'm still waiting for him to call. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

The initial service included 2 treatments. After the 2 treatments, the carpenter ants were still active. The service team was excellent. They did a couple more treatment, until the ant problem was eliminated, at no additional charge. They were professional, courteous and very thorough. I highly recommend this company and will use them for any pest control services in the future.

Contacted Extermital who we had had success with in the past with termites about the possibility of bed bugs in our home. Extermital responded to my request for a visit promptly. Ryan came and inspected the area I was suspicious of. He searched carefully and assured me that we did not have bed bugs. I had convinced myself that we did and could have been easily swayed to pay for services. I appreciated his honesty. We would definitely use Extermital again.

Great Service! Very honest. We were selling property and home inspection found and quot;termiteand quot; parts. To close deal, we were required to have house treated. When they came out, they found that there were no live termites present, and only and quot;partsand quot; were very old, and that house had been treated since. They said we didn't need treatment, but as it was required for sale of home, gave us a great deal. We would certainly use them again!

They did a great job. We live in the woods and have had bug, ant, mice and other critter problems for years. We called and they came out quickly did a thorough inspection and showed me things I had never seen before and told us what we needed. They knew their stuff. Initial fee for spraying and mouse bait traps was around 500, and monthly fee of $55/month to re=bait the traps, respray as needed and check for other problems. They gave me 10% off everything if I signed up front for one year of monthly service, which I did. Very pleased so far.

Because of how the traps had to be set in the basement one did not hold. Again, in a timely fashion the trap was reset and all traps double checked for secure hold.

The previous owners had termite treatment done. Now all the company does is the yearly inspection. I haven't had any other work done, because I don't have any termites. I call them to schedule an appointment, and they come.
