Due to inclement weather, the actual work did not begin until several weeks later. But it s now been 5 months since hiring them (January 13th). They are a small company that works on several jobs at a time. While the crew has always been polite and professional, this job has drug on. We rarely knew when they planned to work (inconvenient since they needed access to the inside to install the windows). When they did call us to tell us they would be out, they often didn t show or call. All of our upstairs windows remain unfinished. There is a 1 gap of insulation showing at the top of each window where the window frame doesn t meet the top of the opening. The outside 4 corners of our house still have exposed wood where the siding has not been completed, making us wonder about the paragraph: watertight according to industry standards and to conform to manufacturers specs. Meanwhile, they are working on a job one block down from us.

THIS IS A SMALL COMPANY WHO HAS MANY JOBS, SO I HAD TO BE PATIENT TO GET THE WORK DONE. THE COMPANY WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE MAIN PERSON WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY DID THE BEST JOB POSSIBLE.
