The siding install looks great. It took a bit of time to get the siding we chose, however Bob's crew had our project done in a single day. We are very happy woth the work.

They did really well. I made some adjustment and they took care of that. I was pleased with the service. They were fast and professional. I recommend them to family and friends. They were extremely responsive. I was able to talk to the owner if there was any issue.

East Company has been fantastic! The owner, Bob, shepherded both projects to completion with professionalism and skill. The work is top notch. Only a couple minor issues popped up and Bob was there in person to a**** and address ensuring correction was timely and done to high standards. His crews were polite and respectful which was huge for us having 5 kids running around the house. Although all of my major house renovations are in the rearview, I'm still calling East Company for small projects im working like a new roof install on my backyard pavilion. East Company will always have my business!

East Co is a General contractor so I can't speak for all their contractors But I had two different ones and was not happy with either. Only reason they got 2 stars is because of the flooring that was laid was done very nicely and the final product was ok but was a lot of work on my part. First it took 4 month to get job complete. My work schedule affected a little but arriving after 9 and leaving before 1 almost all days didn't help. As months dragged on they would go days in between showing up. Other jobs scheduled but I kept saying you aren't done with mine yet. They did things in wrong order that led to getting paint all over new woodwork. It got so bad that I dreaded coming home from work because there would be something else messed up or done wrong. I literally left sticky notes on wood trim as to where I wanted it because a few pieces were thinner and I wanted similar grains together. (Oak Stained) and they messed that up. I gave them a sample piece of the wood and told to match or go darker and wanted high gloss finish. They then complained that it was taking to long because they had to do multiple coats but I redid the pieces that went around living room picture window and achieved what I wanted with one coat of stain and 2 coats of Poly. They either didn't know or were wanting to skimp on time to lightly sand before staining. I just didn't have time or tools to do it myself. If you use them you better spell out in great detail what you want and make sure it is spelled out in contract. They didn't use tinted primer I got and tried to use one coat and you could clearly see old paint through it. I kept having to have them redo stuff. They stained and poly wood in front yard then had to pick debris out of it. I finally fired first set of contractors after they were staining a door in my garage and got stain all over my walls. Second guy wasn't much better he put some trim on crooked that had to be redone. it was just an exhausting ordeal and I am not even that picky of a guy but after they got paint on most of the trim that cost over 1000 dollars I became very picky. Just overall bad experience. I also don't think I should have to tell a contractor how to do something the correct way. I am not talking about doing it my way I am talking about basics like staining and polyurethane which they wanted to do with one coat. stuff I did is smooth the stuff they did has a rough feel this is basic woodworking. I would definitely not hire again.

Terrible. Poor quality work over all. Used concrete chainsaw in house without ventilation to cut access in basement for plumbing...near asphyxiation. Horrible drywall work, shower wall installed with exposed lip instead of covered by drywall. Outlets/light switches crooked/bent. Didn't complete the work in contract. Owner said I am 'too picky" because I ask for quality work. The parts I did myself were better quality...have to redo some. They chose to part ways and NOT DO THE ADDITION to the house. We agreed they should not due to quality. Don't ever use them!

I would hire East company again in a heartbeat. They were easy to work with, the estimate was fair and work was completed quickly. Quality work.

Jade and his crew from the East Company were fantastic! They put new siding on my house and garage in only a matter of days! It looks like a brand new house now! Jade even went out of his way to help me with things that had nothing to do with what I hired him for! I will definitely keep him in my contact list for future projects. Very highly recommended!!!!

The East Company was a pleasure to work with. Jade gave us a line-by-line accounting of what work would be done, and what it would cost, including areas where we could save money by buying some parts on our own. The workers were excellent, and we are VERY pleased with the end product. I would highly recommend using the East Company for another remodeling project.

I worked with Jade and he was very easy to work with. I checked with several companies and they were the lowest price around and they guarantee there work. We are actually talking to them about possibly putting in a dishwasher electrical and all. I really like Jade he is nice and very straight forward.

It was excellent. They had a good price. They delivered what they said.

It's always been good with Bob. He's doing my work for a long time. I find him fair for his prices and I find him very knowledgeable.

It was GREAT. Jay gave us a fair estimate (it must have been fair because the insurance company didn't balk!); the job got started within just a few days of signing the contract; the workers arrived early, worked hard for two days, and got it all done. We were so happy that we've asked East Co. to quote us on a couple of other projects.

I had wind damage to a composition shingle roof. Bob Bowman assessed the roof as not past it's useful life, estimated the repair and completed it promptly. East Company had replaced a small flat dormer roof very satisfactorily for me in the past, which is why I called them back.

The experience was fine, the problem was with the city. I wanted to put a driveway or an addition to the driveway to park the travel trailer on and we were all set to go ahead and start and I talked to the city and asked them point blank about parking a travel trailer in front of the house and they didn't like that, it was too big so it kind of stopped the whole project. We were all ready to go and filed the papers and everything and they were going to start in about 2 weeks but the city is the problem. They don't have a problem with the driveway but they had a problem with the trailer so there was no point in the driveway. East Company was very understanding about that and terminated the contract and I had no problem. If I had something else to do where I need them, I would give them a call. When he came out, he was on time.

Very easy to reach by phone, came out to give an estimate within days of call. Friendly well- informed staff all- around. Let me weigh my options. Some delay in getting job started, mainly due to local weather conditions. Job and cleanup done in one day. Very satisfied with results. Will use this company again if the need arises.

East Company came out and repaired it, and said if it leaked again to call and they would come out and re-do it. When it rained, we called several times and Bob Bowman kept telling us it was on his list of things to do. It is now 7/30/12 and the roof is still leaking. Admittedly, we stopped calling after several calls and being told we were on the list. We are now out $110.00 and our roof still leaks. I would advise against using this company as they do not back up their work as stated.

We had used this company in the past to do our roof; we had been very pleased with their work. We called them several weeks ago about a bathroom estimate. We were told someone would call us in 2-3 days. Didn't happen. We called back about a week later and they were apologetic and told us they had been quite backed up. This was understandable since we had recently had a bad windstorm in our area and many homes had been damaged. However, we felt that they should have told us that in the first place rather than promising something they couldn't deliver on. So we were told AGAIN that someone would call us within 2-3 days. No one did. We called back; again they were apologetic and told us they had about a 3-week backup (a fact they should have mentioned from the start). But we were ASSURED that someone would call us within a couple of days. Lo and behold, within a couple of days an estimator called and we set up a VERY SPECIFIC date and time for him to come out. However, when the date and time came, not only did the estimator not show up, he never even called to cancel!

THE LONGEST THE BATHS WERE NOT USABLE WAS ONE DAY AND A HALF, SO IT WASN'T BAD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD VERY GOOD WORK ETHICS. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING.
