E H Noonan Inc Heating & Air Conditioning

Noonan's has installed new Heating/AC units in each of my last two residences. I will not use anyone else for either a new install, or regular maintenance. They go above and beyond and are great people to deal with. Absolutely top notch, highly recommended.

We've gone back to them when we had any kind of problems and they've been very good. When you have a heating and cooling furnace and something goes wrong you want them to come right away right?

I had no complaints everything has been, in fact they came one time on a Saturday we had a problem and this was back a bit and they got it working.

We liked the service, they were prompt and they solved the problem and we like what they did.

It's $144, but we have two furnaces and two humidifiers. They've done our work for a long time. The price seems fine. They're very professional, they seem to be very knowledgeable, they are very helpful because we had different thermostats put in and they took a lot of time going through how to set them and they answer any questions, they just seem to do very good work.

Awesome. A tech from Noonan came out and found that all that was needed was to clean out my condenser unit with a garden hose. My house's internal temperature went down from 88 to 71 degrees in less than 12 hours. I had made an appointment with McAffee earlier in the week, and the tech had no interest in repairing my air conditioning unit. In fact, he didn't even remove the entire panel to examine the condition of the coil. All he wanted to do was sell me a new unit to replace my 9-year-old unit for over $4000.00. The folks from Noonan are honest, and they only do what needs to be done.

I would highly recommend them. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up when they were complete.

Our heater quit working in mid-Feb 2013. Noonan was very responsive for the service call and determined the blower/fan was broken. We called two other heating and A/C business listed on Angie's list. They all said the same thing: The cost of a new blower/fan was 70% of the cost to replace the whole thing. And, the old furnace was 20+years. And, new high-efficiency rules that go in effect in May 2013 will significantly increase cost if we delay replacement beyond May 2013. Other estimates where higher and seemed to sell more BTU than we needed.
We already knew the A/C needed replacing, so went ahead and included it in the deal. Again, Noonan provided a lower estimate.
Also, my parents have used Noonan for 35+ years and praise them to no end. So, we went with Noonan.
Install team for furnace arrived on-time and where done by mid-afternoon. They did have a scheduled return the next day for a few remaining steps. Both days, they left the house so clean you would not have known they were there.
Later, in April, we did the A/C replacement. Again, great work, as scheduled and on-time.
The bill was exactly as estimated.
Both heat and cooling are noticeably more effective than before.
Great value for the money.

They did a good job and didn't take forever. They gave me an exact estimate and even kept their scheduled appointments. They were very professional. They also cleaned up after themselves.

What I really like about them is their honesty. I have been a customer of Noonan's for a long time, and have had other HV/AC companies give me estimates. Even though in some cases Noonan was a little bit higher, I felt more comfortable with what they were telling me, and their pricing.

They are very honest, and do a good job. They don't try to sell me stuff that I do not need.

He is fabulous. He is honest and does the work that needs to be done at the appropriate prices.

Gene arrived on time, and went right to work. He checked the whole air conditioning system from top to bottom, and gave us advice on how to get a few more years out of our EXTREMELY old system, which is still the original equipment. He recharged our coolant, and replaced the filter, and told us where to find a replacement for the hard-to-find size of filter we have. We received a bill about a week later, and the price was very reasonable. We feel like the Noonans are old friends.
