On 7/26/2012 I dropped off a $60 sweater to be dry cleaned. It had only been worn 3 times and was in perfect condition. On 7/30/2012 when I picked it up from being cleaned it had 5 nickel sized holes all down the back of it. Two of the store's employees assured me that the owner, Greg, would reimburse me for the ruined sweater. After numerous attempts to get a response from him I finally received a call from one of the employees stating that he checked with his seamstress and he thought the holes were already there but the dry-cleaning made them able to be seen. Greg refused to pay for the sweater that was damaged by his store and said he would only reimburse me for the $4.27 dry-cleaning and would give me a $25 in-store credit which is useless to me because I will never go there again.

They are very good about ironing, and they follow any special instrucions perfectly. They are also great at having items ready on time. I am very pleased with their services.
