Dominion roofing owner was paying a visit to my parent’s neighbor who had just had her roof replaced. I was chatting with them and mentioned I was doing repair work inside in preparation to sell their home. I expressed concern about needing to fix the problem for the new owners down the road. At that moment he went to his truck grabbed his latter and up on the roof he went! Immediately realized the issue … took photos to show and explain to me and off he went to fish with his son “late”. He could have easily scheduled another time to check it out, but he handled the situation with a sense of urgency as though it was his own home. In a few days he had given me a very fair quote and explanation of all work to be completed. The job was complete ,photos provided of steps taken during the repairs and he is guaranteeing his work done for the new home owners ahead! Now I’m having him do some work needed at my home in Lebanon. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND)
