I do remember he was $300 or $400 cheaper than anybody else on anything. He was 75% cheaper than the dealerships. He would even tell you, "That does not need to be changed for at least another 10 or 20,000 miles. You're being paranoid, your car is fine." He won't do anything too. He goes, "Just go home."

I have been using the company for at least 3 years. The technician was able to diagnose and resolve the issue on the spot. They have great availability and I get my car back the same day I take it in. The staff is professional and have a great attitude. They are all certified mechanics.

We have an older Lexus with high mileage. Last year, the dealership recommended new brakes, replace the timing belt and water pump. After recovering from sticker shock, I took my SUV to Dixon for a second opinion on the recommendation of a friend. The quote was about 1/2 the price. We went ahead with replacing the front brakes but waited for the other repairs. Our first experience was excellent.
.We set up an appointment for the rest of the work. Paul, the owner, offered to honor the original quote which is not generally done. I was very pleased. Because of this being an extensive repair, it took the entire day. Our vehicle was returned in great working order. We're hoping to enjoy it for another 100,000 miles.

They treat you honest and give you the true repair cost. They don't beat around the bush or anything like that. They repair it once and that is it. You don't have to take it back.
