Dayton's Hometown Pest Control

Eric did a fantastic job. He was at our house in about 30 minutes.

Eric showed up in about a half an hour an took care of our problem and explained what to expect.

I called them to make sure they perform pest control for spiders for my mother. I live out of town with a different area code for my phone number. When I called, he did not even say hello, I heard that he picked up the phone, so I said hello. He just said, "go ahead." So I began to ask if they do pest control and he asked if this was a solicitation call, I said no, I just wanted to see if the do pest control. He said he doesn't take solicitation calls and hung up. Before he hung up, I asked him if this is how he treats his customers, that's when he hung up.

He's very personable and very thorough. There is nothing I dislike about the service.

Initially, I contacted Dayton's Hometown Pest Control in the summer of 2010. Eric spent a long time checking everything out inside and outside my home. My major problem was large black ants in several areas of the house. He made some suggestions for me to complete prior to his treating because it would help him know the progress of eliminating the problem.
He also gave me an estimate for the work.

They were good ideas but because of other issues going on with health, etc. I was unable to have him back out until March, 2011. He came out and treated all my home, inside and outside as he had reported back in 2010, His pricing also remained the same.

I have always dealt with Eric and he is always professional and knows our area quite well.
