Darrell is so thorough and such a pleasant man. I have used his services twice for a whole house inspection and termite inspection. He provides pictures and a detailed report of everything in the report. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future. EXCELLENT!!!

He checked the electrical, HVAC, water pressure and the appliances as well.  He confirmed a lot of things that I had some idea how they would come back on the report.  I then contacted those in the special areas to look at the issues more closely.  After he went over the house, he then went over what he found and where it was.  He would show us what he saw and had taken pictures of the issues so he could put that into the report.
