The main gate has a 5 inch gap at bottom which throws the gate off and my 150 lb dog has gotten out one too many time. Concrete is chipping all over the place. Back gate missing support beam in center of gate. Did not finish off privacy fence, 150 lbs dogs escaped behind, wanted to charge me an additional $75 to fix that area. Boards of fence are splitting up the middle from the nails causing too much stress. My boards are cracking, nail and hardware screws coming up out of the wood. We contacted denied any faulty work blamed the dogs. Took to court, went to mediation, came out, gate looks worse-used old wood that is molded and mildewed. Hammered pcs to screw hardware in near the gate. Now that backgate is fix, will not close properly (latch off center and also has a gap) and main boards on gate are splitting from the nails.
