They are very good, thorough, cleaned up well and Chris was always very responsive. I can only say the nicest things about them. I will recommend and absolutely use them, again.

Fixed problem with small leaks from ridge vents and nail pops were repaired. The repairman wes there about 45 minutes to complete the repair. I feel the price was a little high for the amount of time spent.

Outstanding service. They came out immediately to address our emergency even though it was after 9:00 pm when we called. They covered the skylight with a tarp and nailed it in place with shingles. This sufficed--and did not leak at all--until they were ready and weather permitted the new skylight to be installed. Installation of the skylight included numerous measures to ensure that it will not leak. All workers and representatives of the company were prompt, courteous and professional. A pleasure to deal with Dahm Brothers and we would recommend them to everyone.

They put on the best roof, the old fashioned way, with small crews and attention to detail. Every other company that we talked to does not do their own work, they sub contract to other companies. It was very important for us to speak to the company that would actually be doing the work.

Excellent job in terrible weather. I would recommend them to anyone. And the price was great.

They have a leakage ever since they've had the roof replaced and they've had them out several times and every time they said it was fixed, and now they even have more leakage. My mother said that one of the two brothers was not real respectful of her.

UPDATE: Dahm Brothers roofing has since rectified this situation. They finally sent someone out who looked at the roof and said that it was done incorrectly in the first place and they would replace the entire roof, which they did, at no additional cost to my parents. There was mold damage from all the leakage and Dahm Brothers paid to fix that as well. I changed the Overall Experience from F to D. It was good to see them admit to their mistakes and fix it.

After a heavy snowfall with high winds, we had a leak in the ceiling of our upstairs bathroom. Other roofers who inspected our roof and the ceiling inside tried to push us towards an insurance claim for a total roof replacement. Dahm Bros. did not. Dahm Bros. said our roof was basically sound, but that the roof had a few loose shingles and needed some caulking around vent pipes. They did not push for a total roof replacement, but instead said fixing the loose shingles and doing caulking should take care of the problem. So far, so good.

I've dealt with Dahm Bros. in the past; the work has always been excellent and reasonably priced.

The only complaint I have this time is it took more than one call/message to get someone to call me back and schedule an appointment. But then again, a lot of people have had roof problems with the strong wind storms this year, so I imagine most of the area roofers have been extremely busy.

They called and scheduled an appointment, came out (on time) and looked at the situation. It was a minor repair, so we told them to please get it done as quickly as possible. The repair crew showed up on time and was done quickly; they also did a nice job cleaning up.

Overall, we had a good experience. The only problem we had was a leak that formed after the first rain that came from a vent that was not caulked thoroughly. The owner immediately came out, re-caulked and paid to have the ceiling of our master bedroom repainted when we complained the leak caused a stain on the ceiling. It's now been three years and our roof has been fine ever since even with the Ike hurricane wind storm in Sept. 2008 and the hail storms we just had this spring.

Dahm is one of only a few contractors that I have done company with. They take care of me and are fabulous.

Estimate was thorough and they were the 2nd or 3rd to respond. Quality of the work was very good. Also Dahm was flexible in doing only the work we requested (other roofers said they would only re-do the entire roof). Only complaint is that we needed to have the new roof tiles match the color of existing roof on the upper level. The contractor gave us several samples. We picked the one that seemed like a close match. When the work was completed, the new roof was several shades lighter than the original so it does not match. I feel that if the contractor gave us more advice about how colors fade or get discolored over time, we would have had a closer match. Instead he left it all up to us.

We really liked them. We found them to be down to earth and honest. When told of our problem and showed them, they were the only ones willing to come back for free and check the area since it was raining so much. They were willing to do this for free because the rain was trickling into the fuse box. They were also the only ones that did not want to rip my roof off for a bill that ranged from 1,500.00 to 2,000.00. They did the work as promised and we had them put a screen on a gutter too. So far so good. We have had rain and no leak at this time. If it does leak again we will call Dahm Brothers again. The only problem we had was getting our messages to the person we needed. Other than that all went well.

They didn't do exactly what we asked them to do, however they did an ok job and ultimately we were satisfied with what they did. They are reliable and they came when they said they would so we don't have any major complaints.

Class company. Owner/manager very professional. Man who did the work was very professional and courteous. I have had experiences, mostly mediocre, with many roofing people. Dahm Bros made the experience very painless! Did a very careful job of sourcing and correcting potential leaks.

The company was on time and completed the work very quickly. They cleaned up any mess that was left behind and there were no leaks from their work. The price was very reasonable and the quality very high.
