They did what they could but the other party's insurance company was unreasonable and there were other issues that dragged it out. I finally had to ask my own insurance company to take over the handling of the claim. D&T was very responsive and proactive throughout the entire process.

When I first went to pick it up there was an unfinished spot inside the door. They apologized and made the repair that evening. The truck was ready by noon the next day. Job looks great. This is a quality body shop that will work with you and cares bout there reputation.

We have a truck that is used for our lawn care business. Chevy trucks have a problem with hinge pins going bad causing the door to drop. The cure for this is replacing the complete hinge. D&T body shop got us fixed up and back to work in no time.

D&T provided a thorough quote within one day of dropping the car off.  At all times, the car was locked and kept in the shop for safety.  The price was more reasonable than another body shop we went to.  The repair work took one more day than estimated, but this is not unexpected with body work.  Car looked like new when they were finished!
Additionally, my husband's car has had body work completed here two other times in the past.  We were pleased both times.

The insurance covered all of it because it was the other driver's fault. I probably wouldn't use them again because I would use another body shop that had better ratings.

My regular mechanic was unable to fix the damaged door of my vehicle.  They recommended D&T.  I walked into D&T on a Friday and asked for an estimate.  They looked the car over right away.  I agreed to the estimated cost, and they said they would have to order a part but could complete the work that Monday.  I brought my car in early Monday morning, and they drove me to work.  When the work was finished, they picked me up.  I was happy with the job they did, and the final cost matched the estimate to the penny.  At all times I was treated quite courteously.

The work was done timely and company was professional. Upon initial inspection it seemed that did a good job, but once the car was in fully lighted conditions, the flaws started showing up, there was a very blatant section of the fender that was not fully painted, primer was visible through the light coat. The issue was not obvious at first because paint was silver and primer was of similar color. I never brought the car back since the paint only bothered me when I saw my car in bright sunlight, which was rare. Until two years later, the clear coat started to peel, any where that the paint had been scratched, dinged or chipped; the clear coat would peel off. This is an obvious example of delaying the time between paint and clear coat times application. If the clear coat was applied while the paint was wet it would not have peeled. When I contacted them regarding this they said they only provided a year warranty and would not cover the work. I took the car to other body shops and confirmed my suspicions and then presented my conclusion to the company and I was ignored. I will never do work with this company again and will advise everyone else to avoid them.
