D & L Construction and Restoration LLC

First of all, I am in South Carolina and the property being remodeled is in Centerville, Ohio. Mother-in-law has lived in the house for seven years and the house has been neglected. Not many improvements or changes since original build in 1960 era.
Dave and Jimmy, the owners of D&L Construction & Restoration LLC gave a bid that addressed my concerns and in particular the fact that I wanted the property to "show well" so that it would sell quickly. I gave them free hand to choose paint, counter tops, cabinets, sinks, stove, and tiles as long as "it would help the property sell" (mission #1). They kept me informed, chose well, coordinated with my realtor, and finished on schedule. I also asked them to do some additional work that involved the new firebox, painting end gables on the exterior and the entire garage.
The work was done professonally and expertly and I was very pleased with the results the two times that I visited during the three plus weeks work period. Their efforts were a major contributor to listing the house and less than one week later having a viable offer that I accepted, and then closing on the house in less than 20 days in what can only be described as "a buyers' market".
I would highly recommend D&L for almost anything that I could imagine I would want done on a property that I owned or lived in, to include custom work, some of which I saw photos of during my construction. Thay are maticulous and thorough in all their work.
