I didn't put any bottles outside my house on one delivery because I didn't use any and they dropped two bottles off at my house anyway. I went to the office and requested that they not deliver any bottles if I don't leave any out. They put a note on my account and told me it wouldn't happen again. Guess what? Next month I didn't leave any bottles out and they delivered them again. This time I took the bottles back and they claimed I couldn't return full bottles due to "health regulations". At this point I got fed up and told them I wanted to return the water cooler and all of the bottles. When I brought them back, I also let them know that they delivered too much salt and I would like to return two of the bags. They told me that I couldn't return salt either. By then I was completely fed up and told them to cancel my account and come get their water softener as well.
What frustrates me far more than the fact that they can't follow simple instructions is the attitude they copped with me. They were clearly in the wrong but they were acting like I was the one with the problem. I would have gladly kept my service if they apologized and refunded the extra that they delivered but instead they wanted to get into a p****** contest and treat me like a jerk. Never going there again.
