"All fees were discussed and approved in writing prior to services rendered or repairs completed. You paid our company a service call fee for consult, inspection and for trapping. Aside from that, you approved our company to complete a repair from where the animal had damaged the home. The repair site is warrantied, but if wildlife returns and damages your home in another area, we do charge for those repairs as well. Wildlife is unpredictable and we do our best to verify activity has ceased from the home before doing any repairs. There are times that raccoons will depart the premises and return at a later date - hence, the "nature of wildlife." We are not responsible for repairs needed at your home and do charge to make repairs caused by wildlife. We will gladly return to conduct a grace period trapping without assessing the service fee again. However, as per our contract, there are removal fees per animal and repairs are the responsibility of the customer to complete or to pay our company if you elect to do so. The important aspect to remember is we have no hidden fees. All of the information mentioned above is outlined in your service agreement."
The technician would not change locations of the trap and kept catching and quot;innocentand quot; gray squirrels for release. Obviously not solving the problem..also the trap sprung itself and he called it tampering. After the second attempt he packed up his cage and left along with a curt note. I would never use or recomment them again.
