+ -1 moreI was pleased with the service and will definitely work with Mary again when I am in need of new tenants. The cost was mostly for repair work. The fee for all of her coordination was one month's rent - very reasonable.
Description of Work: I have a rental house in Ohio but live out of state. Comtech realty, particularly Mary Odeh, prepared the house for new tenants after long-term tenants moved out. She hired contractors to complete a variety of jobs including carpeting, painting, plumbing, and carpentry. The prices were very reasonable and the work was completed in an extremely timely manner. She then rented the house very quickly.
