After trying to sell our home ourselves, we gave it over to David Campbell with Coldwell Banker. His MLS listing with pictures and description of highlights of our home and backyard were excellent! David also informed us of the outdated electric panel that would not pass inspection. He assisted us in hiring an electrician that changed it in a timely manner. We saw his professionalism and experience as a realtor because of these things. David directed us in staging the home just right. We had three offers in three days! David handled all negotiations, which was such a relief for us. David made the sale of the home we had lived in for 30 years a pleasant experience! He was a joy to work with!
