Jason Kocsis tried to rob us of our deposit. After that failed he used his buddies at Northampton county to block the well permit for the FHA loan. He then sold the house and refused to return the deposit for the property. It’s now 4 months later and Jason Kocsis and his buddies are Rufus’s g to return the deposit. I contacted an acquaintance who works for this company about selling a house for me. I had done a lot of homework including my own comps, and was ready to begin marketing the property. It would have been a simple listing for them in a desirable part of town, and I asked for an adjustment in the commission rate.  The agent/acquaintance was willing to reduce the rate, but said that the Coldwell Banker Company ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT CONSIDER reducing the commission under any circumstances. They basically said they'd rather get zero commission than accept a lower percentage.   I eventually found a fully licensed independent realtor who not only accepted a lower rate, but did a superb job and sold my house for my target price within 4 weeks.

They were unwilling to negotiate on their commission rate as a matter of policy. The agent said they were not allowed to do it. This was also a person I see socially, so I didn't use them.

Much better then past experience with agents who might not listen and observe as well as Vicky does. She took a lot of time to get to know us so she could steer us in the right direction as far as area and home style. We will use her services again and we can count 5 other sales/purchases she has worked with friends on.

They charged the standard 6% or 3% between the two agents we dealt with. Our realtor, Deb Sasser, was very helpful and she really worked hard for us.

We weren't sure what we wanted and where. He was very patient with us and went out of his way to show us anything we were interested in. He worked nights and weekends to accommodate our schedule and went out of his way to set up last minute appointments. He was always reachable by phone and email and always on time and reliable. Tony doesn't try to push houses or go on about their features, but he will offer his expertise on floor plans, benefits, or potential problems in a home. We highly recommend Tony.
