Called ahead like they said they would, showed up when they said they would. Troy went right to work, offered to let me watch (no thanks, lol), showed me what was wrong, gave me an estimate before doing further work, all wrapped up in under an hour at a very reasonable price.

We had a great experience with CityWide. Our technician was prompt, experienced, and made his repair very quickly; he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it (he had seen it many times, as he told us). There was no way we could have fixed it on our own without significant headaches because we don't know what we are looking at...so bring in the experts! We saved hundreds of dollars off the cost of a new dishwasher by getting our older one fixed with CityWide.

Sky, Todd and Dewayne were wonderful. I have them in my contact list so if I or anyone else needs an appliance or one fixed I can call them. Truly it was a pleasure to work with them especially Sky.

Fine, I do think the call for diagnostic amount $75, should be deducted when you have the repair done by the service sent out in the first place. Just saying. Cost of part,$224.38,, first visit, $75: ok,install $50.00 per 1/2 Hour. ok Total $349.38 initial visit should be a credit for accepting the service recommended. Just saying.

I do want to mention that there are companies out there that I'm very familiar with that do take off the trip charge if the job is accepted but it's called a "bait and switch" process and we don't work that way. They put this trip charge fee into the labor and parts to make it seem like a good deal but it's really not. My company is designed to be straight forward and honest with pricing and will never "hide" anything or say you need this part when you don't just to get the job. We strive to be that one company you can trust with your time and money. Hopefully this helps with your advice and for others who may feel the same way. Thanks, City Wide Appliances."

I spoke to Troy about the issues and he got back with on quotes for not just fixing my washer/dryer set but as well as a referbished set that they had for sale. I ended up taking the referbised set since that was a more cost effective route. They delivered and installed within 24 hours of calling me. I am thrilled with they way that Troy and Tad worked, provided me with what I needed and were down to earth and friendly too. I will absolutely have City Wide Appliance back!

The owners, sensing an emergency (in my mind, anyway) came themselves within a couple of hours, immediately addressed the problems, made the repairs, and left things working and cleaner than before they came. Their price was less than expected and they were very service oriented. Great company and I recommend them heartily to all in need of any appliance repairs.

Tad and his company are excellent. He always answers his phone, he is prompt , courteous and professional. If something was quite right he would fix it no questions asked. If you need used appliances he is definitely someone I recommend using.
