Along with the excellent job on the repairs themselves, I found this business extraordinarily good at communication, service, and creativity. I had some unusual issues with insurance; these were handled professionally and expertly. Things turned out in my favor, and I give this business most of the credit. Although this is a business one would rather not have to use, I will gladly contact them again the minute I need body work on a vehicle. Outstanding service.

Great! Looked like new

So I have a Ford Focus that I bought a custom stripping kit for an needed help getting it applied to the car. Also, I have a Custom Rim that was out of alignment and needed straightened.

I called CBS and Mark went out of his way to direct me to some folks that take care of these  types of repairs, he was extremely helpful is taking care of these issues.

This was my first time using Centerville Body Shop. Have heard many good things so decided to use them. Last experience with another body shop I decided convenience wasn't worth the quality I expect. Paint matching at Centerville Body Shop is spot on as well as quality of finish. Very professional and kind staff, kept me informed and was very pleased with follow up call couple days after bringing truck home. Will not use any other in the future.

Very impressed with the professionalism of Centerville Auto Body Shop. They were very polite and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience.

In mid January I discovered a dent on the lower front fender of my 2012 Toyota Prius, but I had no idea as to specifically when the damage was done or how it occured. On going to Centerville Body Shop for an estimate, I was most favorably impressed by the neat appearance of the premises and the employees. The repair itself took place one week later. Though the dent was small, the front bumper and grille had to be replaced because of the location of the damage. As promised, the job was completed in two days and I am totally satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Centerville Body Shop is a class act.

We were sideswiped overnight when parked on the street. The insurance company agreed to pay for the damage.
However, there were dents in the gate and bumper not covered by insurance which were offensive to my wife, the primary driver.
The company, at my request, purchased, installed and painted a new bumper. did a cosmetic repair on the tail gate and a cosmetic repair on the driver's side for the insurance estimate for the sideswipe damage alone. We were ecstatic with the results.
This is an outstanding, ethical, high quality company and I recommend them without reserve.

They were busy and combined with my schedule I was not able to get in for about 4 weeks from the date of the accident. But it ran lock clockwork beginning the day I delivered my car. They called a day before the day I was to deliver the car to make sure I had made arrangements for a rental car to pick me up, and when I returned to pick up the car they called me that morning to make sure I had notified the rental car agency again.

These guys are awesome! I ran over a deer coming home from Cleveland one night. The next day my wife told me that i need to make an insurance claim and take it to a repair shop. My insurance recommended these guys. What a good call. They did a quick inspection and said that they didn't know for sure what would have to be done because all the damage was under the car. When they got it on a lift the next day, the only damage was a engine shield under the engine bay. They cleaned up the mess, replaced the part, and even fixed a key mark on my passenger door. These guys are top notch, and I will definitely get them to fix my other car's paint!

I had a situation, wherein the front bumper of the car was low. It had hit a concrete hump when I was reversing the car. The plastic piece in front of the bumper was damaged. If had taken the car to an auto dealer, they would’ve replaced the entire bumper. So, I talked to a man at Centerville Body Shop and told him what I wanted done. He was able to certain minor things that got the bumper back together. It was perfectly adequate for the problem. I was very happy with the work done by him. The guy seemed to be honest. He understood what my problem was. He gave me an idea of what was needed but he didn’t push anything on me. He understood very well that I wasn’t looking at having the perfect plastic piece. It was more of a cosmetic issue than a safety issue. He was able to find a solution rather than asking me to change the plastic pieces entirely. He gave me alternatives and was successful in completing the job. That meant a lot to me. He completed the job within few hours. The price was fair for the job that he did. It was a small job, but he did it very well. He was the owner, but he explained everything to me. Centerville Body Shop is a small store. I’d be using their services again, shortly.

The work took about 3 days. They had ordered the part in advance for me before I took the car in. I thought that was nice and that should be the way that all auto companies operate. They did offer me a car to drive while the car was being serviced, but I did not need one. They were very nice and did a great job. I did have to wait for them to get the check from the insurance company before they would release my car to me, but I understood that policy.

THIS COMPANY IS ACCOMMODATING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS SCHEDULE WHEN TRYING TO REPAIR THEIR CAR. THEY DO A GOOD JOB IN THEIR FIELD. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEM.
