When he said he was going to be there, he was there at that specific time. He provided boxes for me to put clothing in. When he returned the clothing, there was tissue paper in between. Everything was labeled as to what was what. I had top blue ribbon service, he treated me like I was his mother.
Description of Work: I had made a complaint about a previous cleaning company that I had come out to clean after a fire for smoke damage for my items. Ed and an associate looked at my closet which is a huge walk in closet and he said that he could get all the smoke smell out of it. He stated he coudln't get the smell off the hangers. So they took all the hangers, 3/4 of my clothing, purses, winter coats, winter hats. It all came back in A-1 condition. THey have their own cleaning facility.
