Castle Roofing

Chris Walter was our contact guy for Castle Roofing. He displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire roofing process, explained my options honesty and was an active participant all day that my roof was removed and replaced. Chris is easy to communicate with and always promptly returns your text messages. My roof was damaged from the wind and hail during the July 2023 storm in Beavercreek .

It was a small job, but work was completed in less than one day. I am happy with the workmanship and overall transaction.

Fabulous job...better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend them.

After three tries in less than a month and not fixing the leak, they asked for $450 additional money to continue looking for leak. Would not agree to that.  Was getting ready to submit report to Better Business Bureau, checked Angies List and saw response by the president of Castle.  Called Jerry but he was on vacation and spoke with Milt. Reiterated our disappointment in how we were treated. He apologized for this unfortunate incident and offered  us a refund. We received the refund and appreciate their response and willingness to resolve this. For this reason we have revised our rating of Castle Roofing to a B+. Thank you.

Our new roof looks great! We had some water spots showing inside, so they got us on the schedule very quickly. The crew of seven got the entire job done in one day. We could tell from the way they conducted themselves that they take pride in their work and it shows. Chad was great with communication, and everything was just as he said it would be. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to use Castle Roofing again.

Roof vent repair went okay because it was minor fix .  The major issue was the roof leak. We understand that trying to locate roof leaks can be difficult.  Having said that, Castle rep Chris Leonardi said he felt he could locate the leak and fix it.  Four attempts were made from the middle of December until January 10 -  just under a month. Each time he came out, he spent approximately 15 minutes trying to find/fix this leak.  We were skeptical that he was not spending enough time trying to fix a leak. But yet he said he was "pretty sure he got it  this time." However, we still had the leak and when we called to let them know, we were informed that they required an additional $450 to come out again. We advised we would have to think about that because we contracted to fix this leak for $950 - with no caveats for additional monies - and have a one year warranty on their work.  We made two telephone calls to Chris to discuss this situation and our calls were never returned.  At this point in time, we don't have the confidence in them to come back and attempt another try - especially with having to pay additional money.  Very disappointed with the management for not returning our calls and trying to resolve this situation. to come out again. Would never recommend them.

All work was done in one day by the hard working crew.  David handled the sales side of things.  Overall a great experience and an excellent job on the roof.
The wrong colored shingles were delivered but fortunately David checked the color before any were nailed down.  He got the new shingles to site on time to complete the job in one day.  Good catch!
Also the crew did what seemed to be a good job of cleaning the yard of nails and other debris (ran a magnetic sweeper through the yard, etc) but we still found some roofing nails in the yard.  Just a warning that if you have kids or like to barefoot that roofing is a messy job and there still maybe some that get missed.
Overall a great job and experience.

Very quick to get out and give estimate and make an somewhat
overpriced, but apparently adequate repair.They left a business card
with a note to contact company for billing, which was done twice -- with
no return call. Finally received an invoice by mail after almost 2
weeks, but within 2 business days received rude call stating that it had
been almost 30 days and wondering where their money was. No
Dave at Castle, it had been 17 total days and again we had only
received the invoice 2 business days prior. He also spoke to the wife
and was extremely rude to her when calling and then refused my call when
i returned call to office. Did finally speak to billing person and make
full payment. Also let billing department know that they would be
receiving any work orders for any of our properties in the future. Way
to go with the customer service Dave.

All contact with the company was very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Dana McElroy presented a professional presentation on what would be accomplished, and warranties, and how long it would take to accomplish the job. I had two other roofing companies present their work, and noticed that the other two were charging too much, and not letting me have the details of the job. Dana did schedule the job, which was late into the season, the team showed up early in the morning, worked like busy beavers, and even worked into the darkness to make sure the job was completed on time. The job was accomplished at a high rate, it was accomplished professionally, when I went to depart my house one of the workers made sure I had a safe path to walk. I noticed some wood required to be patched, and it was accomplished with no extra cost charged. If I require any work in the future I will be sure to give Dana and the company he represents a call. THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB!!

We got four estimates from top rated roofing companies and choose to go with Castle Roofing. Some A-rated roofers were pushing lower quality shingles. Salesman Chris Walter was simply great to work with. Attentive to detail, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, addressed our special concerns, and the price was reasonable. The crew showed up on the day scheduled and quickly went about their work. They were skilled, neat and orderly. The roof was completed in one day, clean-up was meticulous. As the roof was being installed, Chris stopped in to check very closely on the work. Like most people, we are particular when we spend a lot of money, and the entire roofing job exceeded our expectations! We are very pleased with the new roof. Highly recommend Castle Roofing!

All the work was done fast and the clean up was top notch. They even replaced the roof when I was not there and only noticed that it had been replaced by the sign in the yard and the new roof.

My mother's house needed some work done on the siding below the roof. It was old and warped and looked horrible. David Wesco from Castle Roofing came out and gave us an estimate. He was very pleasant and not pushy, and wrote up a detailed estimate. My mother also had gotten another quote from another company, but his write up was sloppy and not at all detailed.
The siding on my mother's house is old and dark brown and not a standard size. David Wesco had to spend a good bit of time tracking down some siding that would match. When they came to do the work, they showed up on time and finished it within hours and it looks GREAT!! We are VERY pleased with their work and the whole experience. I am so glad we went with Castle Roofing.

Showed up early. Worked all day. Cleaned up after. Done in one day, Great job! Couldn't ask for more!
