It was fine.  The carpet was a little more, but everything else seemed in line.

Flooring and carpet installers were prompt and very courteous. The instillation on both could not have went any better. Perfect job and great cleanup.

The installers were fabulous - no muss no fuss - left a beautiful floor clean and ready to be enjoyed - in all areas!!!   :)

It was a positive experience. The salespeople were very up front and the installers did a very good job.

Terry did the estimate, which was free, and was very fast and pleasant.  He also gave an estimate for ceramic tile in our kitchen and entryway, which we have not had them do yet.  We met him at their store in Miamisburg, and helped us pick out the carpet and tile.  By comparison with other flooring salesmen I have worked with, Terry was very easy to work with.  No hard sell, no steering us toward what he wanted to sell rather than what we wanted.  The installers showed up promptly the next week, and were very professional and personable.  They did the job with most of the heavy furniture still in the room, and were in and out in about 5 hours.  The only snag came from me thinking they were going to remove some linoleum that was on the stairs--I had misinterpreted that they were supposed to do this.  Even so, they took some of it up and it worked out fine.  We love the carpet.  I do not  have much to compare to price-wise, but this seemed reasonable.
