Please read this review in it's entirety, Before you make a decision to purchase flooring or use this company to install at your property. This review details the unprofessional conduct and customer service at the 2476 Commons Blvd Store only, I cannot speak to the enterprise as a whole. I approached the salesman about ordering some wood flooring, he was at first helpful with my request and seemed to try his best to get me a product in a timely manner. Once i inquired about the price of the product i went back to purchase it and he was not present, the person who was there was not helpful and wouldn't point me in the correct direction on what flooring i was quoted on. He received a call from the previous employee who helped me and a conversation ensued about who's sell it would be :"who would earn the commission", which turned me off to the establishment. I later went home and looked at reviews on the the quoted flooring, and found it for $2,500.00 cheaper 2.50$ online. I purchased it from home and had my wife return the sample. My wife was confronted by the salesman afterward and said," well hopefully it all comes in one piece", was very rude to my pregnant wife and walked off. do not even waste your time shopping here. Go online beat the price and avoid the toxic environment. I purchased wood flooring and own multiple properties of which i would need over 20,000sqft of flooring installed, I wanted to give this flooring company another chance so i called them. I asked them for a quote on installing over 1,000 sq feet of hardwood, they stated" You did not purchase flooring through us, so we will not do the install", I would highly doubt the employee at this location is aware of the amount of business he could sub out and money his company lost when he would be able to contract work for over 17 properties worth $5.4M at current market. I would highly recommend this company do a review of these two employees who were extremely unprofessional, lacked proper conduct, discriminated against me,an able willing and paying customer, and my pregnant wife because I did research and intern these salesman did not make a return on my decision.

They worked with me when I had to change date due to other work being done. My installer really new his trade.

Buddy"s subcontracts so I can only tell you about the one I had. (Ferryman Floor Covering). They did a wonderful job and even went beyond by adding extra staples to carpet at the tack strips due to the thick carpet and padding we used. Buddy's sales people were wonderful to work with and even worked with me when I had to reschedule due to other work taking to long. To put cost in to perspective we bought Premier Carpet .76" pile height, 57 face weight(nylon), 11.83 stitches per inch. We also used 1/2" water proof padding. Cost was 5.08 psf including installation. They have a wide array of carpet from real cheap to expensive like I got.
