Buckeye Pond Cleaning

This was the first time we have had our decorative pond cleaned. Buckeye Pond Cleaning was very professional and pleasant to work with. They communicated well and discussed the process in detail with us. We were very happy with all aspects of the work and discussions with them. We were impressed with Brian's knowledge and attention to detail and appreciated how hard he worked. Our pond has never looked so good. In the process of cleaning, Brian found 4 frogs and 3 trapdoor snails we thought had been eaten by racoons. He carefully removed them all along with our fish to a large holding tank while doing to cleaning. We highly recommend Brian and Buckeye Pond Cleaning.

I've had problems in the past with finding a reliable pond maintenance provider and these guys really came through. They made the pond look like it was just installed and brand new. All the rocks were power washed and restacked, the lining was thoroughly cleaned of all algae and grit. Also repaired a leak behind the skimmer. I appreciated the summary of everything they did including some suggested upgrades to the pond to ensure easier maintenance. They were professional and extremely patient with me even when I mistakenly messed up the date of the service! I highly recommend this provider. I plan to use them for all my pond needs! They were punctual arriving at the stated time. They gave me an estimate within a $100 range once they saw what the job entailed. They started by conveying how they would go about cleaning and proceeded to do just that. They were very personable and professional, and knowledgable about ponds. Everything was put back in it's place, the area was cleaned and they gave us tips on pond leaks. I'm satisfied with the good work Buckeye Pond performed and will have them back in the future.
