We've had carpenter ant problems since we moved in last year and had several different companies come out and spray, but the ants always come back. Kevin took the time to walk my entire house, top to bottom, to look for the source.  He explained every step to me and was so helpful.  He did an interior and exterior spray and so far so good! Not a single ant.

He was prompt. I was given a window of 8 to 10 am and he arrived right at 8am. He answered all my questions. He sprayed the entire house, garage, and outside. He was professional and friendly. He instructed me on what to do for the safety of my pets such as how long they should be kept indoors following the outside spraying. He explained the warranty and told me to call if I needed them to come back. Great job!

Treated the house in a timely manor

They are a generational family run business and at various times we have had all 3 generations come to support the work.
They are neat, clean, and very friendly. Respectful of your property and work with you closely so you understand the process and outcome.

They have done a pretty good job. They are due to come out for the first time this year in the next month or two. They seem to be pretty straightforward. They don't try to pressure me on anything, which is good. I have not used many pest control companies to compare them with. I would use them in the future.

They were fine. They were really great and nice. They said if there were any problems, they would be back at no charge. They were really great to work with. They were very knowledgeable about different critters that we knew nothing about. We had dogs for 9 and 13 years and a cat for 9 years that we had to put down in a 3 or 4 month period and we were still having a flea problem in one of our rooms. We didn't understand what was going on and they were fantastic about coming out and really helping us to get rid of the problem. It was good. We had some crazy critters, mosquitoes and bugs outside that they also took care of. They can't carry certain chemicals together and we didn't realize that so that was why they had to come out multiple times. They were really good about not carrying and mixing certain chemicals which some companies do and it is not good if you have children. It could cause health problems and they only carried certain chemicals on certain days for safety reasons.

Very well. I have used this company several times and have always been happy.

It went fine. I think the termite damage we had was old, so probably didn't need to treat, but at least now we know we don't have any.

I've been using them for 15 years and never had any problem with them. They come out monthly to check out termite bait traps. I guess it does the job. I am very happy with them. They allowed me to break my yearly payment into several installment payments so I appreciate that. I see no need to switch at this time. I will continue to use this company.

• They executed the installation of the and quot;trapsand quot; quickly and without disruption.
  • The entire perimeter now has these little green service wells, about 8-10 feet apart, that are just a little to big to confuse with sprinkler heads
• Brown comes to visit their traps (just like they said they would) frequently and are always as friendly as they were before we became their customer.
• They have a (no additional cost) pay as you go plan. Splitting the initial cost into payments.
• The statement offers us frequent feedback opportunities.
• This is clearly a family outfit. Not a miserably corporate entity, not a weaker sole proprietorship. Seems to me that they are in this for the long haul

I freaked when I found termites in my sun room. I called Brown, they came out the next day. Used the Sentricon system. Took care of the problem. Very professional, yet easy to work with. Very pleased with the work and the cost. Would highly recommend.

Entirely trouble free. The service is paid yearly, and well worth it. They have found termite signs a couple of times over the years, and added more of the bait stations. We save all the door hanger monthly reports, may want to sell the house someday.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND POLITE AND THEY DID THE JOB HASSLE FREE, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, I FELT COMFORTABLE, THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB. THEY KEEP US ABREAST OF WHAT THEY FIND. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THE PRICE IS FAIR, AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY RESPOND RIGHT AWAY.

THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK. THE FIRST TIME THEY DIDN'T GET ALL THE ANTS BECAUSE THERE WAS A COLONY AND THEY HAD TO DO IT A LITTLE AT A TIME, BUT THEY DID COME BACK TWO MORE TIMES. THEY'RE ALWAYS HERE BETWEEN THE TIMES THEY GIVE.
