Senior rescue who has needed extensive dental care. They treat her like gold and are patient and thorough with me. They instill confidence that I have a full understanding of her health needs and my budget constraints. Thorough, professional and compassionate. When we pull into the parking lot pup begins excited, happy dance. She loves Bigger Rd Vet (Springboro location). Definite recommend.

Yesterday on 3-21-2019 I had to make the decision to allow my little Buddy to pass from this world peacefully. I can say without any doubt that my only wish is that I had found this Vet many years ago. I took Buddy to the Kettering location beginning in 2018 for some urgently needed care. Dr. Megan Strahler and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They made Buddy feel at ease from the moment we came in the door. Unfortunately Buddys issues had progressed to far to allow any surgical corrections without serious risk. Dr. Strahler provided Buddy with exceptional care. As did every staff member that dealt with Buddy. And I do not want to leave out the office in Springboro. What an amazing office they have there. Never in my life have I seen an office set up like this one. We had a private Euthanisation, and once again the care was outstanding. Dr. Alison Crocker and her Technician did an outstanding job in making both me and Buddy comfortable with the whole process. And allowed me to take as much time as needed to be with Buddy after the procedure. All in all. I would highly recommend Bigger Rd to anyone looking for high quality, state of the art care for your pet. I will be donating numerous items to their new Hospice care program and for those in need. And one additional thing to note. Never in my life have I ever found a Vet with health maintenance plans. I can only hope for the pet loving world out there, that the model this office follows continues to big expanded nationwide. Thank you all so much for your services to me and Buddy!! The vet was wonderful. He's a specialist in oral surgery. They showed us all of the things that they needed to do on his X-rays. The staff was very friendly. What stood out the most about their service was the time that they took to explain things to us. You don't feel rushed.
