I have 4 rental properties and have used Bear Plumbing to do all the plumbing work. I am extremely happy with them. They are prompt, courteous, and do good work. They are my go-to people for any plumbing work needed.

They were very professional. He replaced an older valve while installing the water heater at no charge because he said that that type of valve has a higher incidence of failure than the one he replaced it with. It didn't need to be changed, but he did it for free to make sure we didn't have any problems in the future. I would definitely recommend this company. In my opinion they went above expectations to make sure they provided a quality service to me. Overall a great experience.

They were very good. They did the job that they were supposed to do without any issues and I did not have to call them for any problem. The price was affordable. I was satisfied with the job.

He is so polite and knowledgable. He is exceedingly helpful. I would give him AAA+++. He even swept my floor. I was very impressed. His service has been impeccable.

He came out to fix the leaks and said that one leak was from my commode and the other he said was because the shower stall needed caulking. When they cut into the ceiling to see where the leak was coming from they did not test the water. After they left, I had a massive leak resulting from a problem with the shower head and a large amount of water came through my kitchen ceiling. They did come back to fix it but they didn't even test the shower head to make sure it was fixed before they left. Luckily it was.

The guy that came out found that the previous company who had installed my pump had not installed it properly. They came out on 2 separate visits. The first time, he found that the pump still worked correctly, but it was not leveled, therefore the float would not shut off. They replaced all the pipes. They fixed the problem and it was wonderful. They were terrific and I was very happy with what they did. That was in June 2008. Then in Feb 2009, the pump burnt out, so they came out again. This time they replaced the pump. They installed the right pump(a gray line pump)as opposed to just a sump pump. He told me this pump should last 10 years. When they repaired the pump, the cost was $352. When they replaced it, they charged $395, so the total cost listed is for both visits.

After recent heavy rains, I heard my outside sump pump running, but didn't see any water exiting the outlet in the yard. Lifted outside sump pit cover and saw that the sump pump discharge pipe had broken off near the 90-degree bend. The pump discharge water was being pumped up and falling right back into the pit! Since Bear Plumbing had installed all the water/sewage system in the house last year, I called Jeff -- he assured me he would get it taken care of same day. It was fixed before I got home from work. When I called Jeff to thank him and ask about the repair cost, he declined payment! Great timely service at a price that's hard to beat!

Our house is 50 years old and needed some updated fixtures in the upstairs bathroom. We called Bear Plumbing and they were happy to do the job. All of their plumbers were very professional and clean. They had no problem installing the new fixtures. We didn't have to clean up after them as they discarded all the boxes and old fixtures. Their men were clean and mindful of the remodeling we had them do.

PLUMBING IS A HARD JOB. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I AM AMAZED AT THE WHOLE THING. THEY TOOK OFF THEIR SHOES AT THE DOOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ARE QUICK TO RESPOND.
