This is a "real" hardware store, meaning it is locally owned, has the best selection of hardware (every kind of nuts, bolts, screws, etc) around, and they perform services like screen and glass repair. The owner is typically in the store and available for questions. I know Lowes/Depot have lower prices on some things and have a huge selection of lumber, etc, but I still go to my local hardware whenever possible because I appreciate the convenience of avoiding the mall traffic and I want my money to stay in the community.
