It went very well. The staff were great with my pets

They are pretty good, but I think they are quick to recommend expensive procedures and such. I will be switching to a regular vet

I'm not impressed. I think it's a little over priced and it just seems like they over diagnose. We live in California and it just seems like if it wasn't one thing it was another thing that they kept going on with the dog. The dog isn't that old so we switched to another pet hospital and I'm still wondering about them too. I've only been there once. Compared to California where you expect things to be pricey and expect things will be a little less out here in the Mid West but they both seem to be on the expensive side to me. They have career services and all of that but it just seems it's over diagnoses. Every time you go in, there is something else they come up with. I didn't sit around forever and they were very professional. The pricing and the over diagnoses were the things I didn't think was necessary. I was never treated poorly or anything like that, they were always courteous. I've only been there one time and they came to me recommended by someone that we trust.

The service that I received from them was good. They were just friendly. The staff was good. I didn't have to wait very long. They took good care of my pet.

They have been great. They have taken really good care of our dogs.

They lure you in with an appealing pricing system. But in the end, you don't save any money because they end up tacking on additional prices. They charge for every little thing. People are nice but it is because it's in another store. It's very busy and cramped.
