He came to do some simple on the AC unit, and then added a lot of other repairs to the bill without asking before hand. So, we were very surprised by the cost. He was here for 4 hours working on the unit. If I had known up front that all of the repairs were going to be so expensive I would have attempted to get quotes from other companies first.

I was very happy with them that they came out like that because they knew my 90 year mother was there and they made it a priority. I thought they were very considerate.

Excellent experience.  Not only because Dave came out the same night on almost no notice when no one else would, but because he didn't take any opportunity to charge extra fees once he arrived.  He knew I was desperate and would have paid almost anything, but he only charged me for the after hours service call fee that he quoted me up front on the phone ($127.50) and for the thermostat itself ($72.47). He was quick, thorough, efficient, and friendly.  I am most grateful.  In talking with Dave I found out that the company handles plumbing issues as well, and I definitely plan to contact them soon to replace my water heater.

I believe this is still a father/son business and I've had both of them out to do work - when I told the father how impressed I was with his son, he said "well of course, I taught him everything he knows!"  They have both been very helpful and educational whenever I've used them.

I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND HONEST WORKING PEOPLE. WE HAVE HAD THEM DO OTHER WORK FOR US IN THE PAST. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB AND ARE VERY HELPFUL AT MAKING SURE OUR PROBLEM IS FIXED.
