BK is a consortium of contractors. They worked very hard and were very responsive to my requests. They were very aggressive on pricing. They cleaned up nicely. Paulo (main contractor)was particularly responsive and professional. Some of his subcontractors were not punctual (painter/plasterer) but the quality of work was very good: the carpenters, electricians, concrete people, pathway subcontractors were excellent. They has some trouble meeting the requirements of the city's building codes (we had to submit plans several times because not prepared fully). I am using them for another quote for a similar job and would recommend them to others. One has to be willing to collaborate actively to get what you want; Paulo very responsive when you discuss how the job is going.
