I recently had Aristocrat install a beautiful Solara Pergola. The workers were professional, timely, and skilled. Special thanks to Mr. Hari Varna for making this project stress free. Aristocrat is a family owned business that made me feel like family. Thank you, Treece.

It didn’t go very well they were to put windows in on Sept 25 @ 8:30 am, got phone call @ 8:25 am that they were not coming because of a worker in the hospital. I had rearrange my day to accommodate these ppl. Rescheduled to Sept. 29th. Had our daughter to sit with the aristocrats workers who were there for 8 hrs when the salesman quoted a time of 2 1/2 hrs to put in windows. Therefore she had to call off work because I was out of state on a family emergency. The price quoted did not include the discounts, I had to pay my daughter her missed wages. This company refuses to give us an itemized statement. Get no help from the lady who answers the company phone . Asked 10/2 for owners name, again I’m being refused that information which leads me to believe something is wrong with company. I got false promises from the salesman who became rude on the phone once I begin asking questions and getting upset about the late notification. I asked for my deposit back and was told no by the salesman. I’ll never due business with this company. They only have a very small crew to do windows.

"Dear Customer, I am sorry you feel this way. Knowing that no one is perfect, let me please address the issues one by one. Original windows were installed on your house in the 80s and She agreed that they needed replaced. On the contract and pricing sheet, a full discounted price was shown and was agreed upon by her. Original installation date was rescheduled upon her request because of hospitalization. Another installation date was agreed upon and our guys showed up around 9am. We installed (2) big 3-Lite Slider windows, (2) large 2-Lite slider windows, (2) double hung windows and a Free repair of (1) storm door kneewall. There is absolutely no way anyone can professionally install all of this under 3 hours and no such guarantees were ever made. My installers who are our long term employees would have refused any such claims by any salesman!!!! All the above mentioned work was completed, debris removed, cleaned up and we were gone by 5:30. Customer didn't say or complain about anything and wrote a check for the balance. It gets interesting from here..... Our Bank contacted us saying there were insufficient funds for the check Ms. [Member Name Removed] wrote and was returned Twice. (COPY ON FILE) It was a Bad Check!!! We tried to reach out to her and she kept saying she will send a new check. This went on for weeks. At one point she told us "per her attorney", she needs a complete breakdown of each part of the window, a practice no window company does, but we complied. (COPY ON FILE) Finally we had to take extra money off of the bill for her to pay it off!!!! it took 4 Months!!!! Our owner did try to talk to her and she hung up the phone twice. We are an 82 year old company that has served thousands of satisfied customers in the Miami Valley area. We rely on our customers and over 70% of our customers are repeat or referral. It gives me no pleasure to contradict her version of the events, however, everything on this particular incident is well documented."

They were wonderful. The salesman was incredibly helpful and did a really good job with follow up. The work was done in a very timely manner and the installation is beautiful.

We contracted with Aristocrat Mr johnny Vance in January of 2013 to build a 30000 dollar two tier Solara pergola. Per contract the job was to start on April 15 and be finished by June 1, 2013. After June 1 the company would be charged $100 per day unril completion. After multiple delays ans excuses they applied for permit and started digging holes on May 13, 2013. Johnny Vance still assured me they would be done by June 1.
After the holes were dugged , no vuryher work was done and no footers were poured as required. On May 19 Mr Vance was not sure the project was going well since they had to travel from Dayton to Columbus (location of the job). I told them the refund was their call and Johnny Vance agreed to continue.
On Monday May 20 no workers were at the house and I texted Mr Vance who assured them the job would start today. I told them I disnt want any more delays and Johnny talked to his dad/boss and they were going to fill the holes and replace pavers and refund my money.
After a week of no refund, I texted Johnny Vance and he told me since I stopped the job, his father (boss) would be keeping the deposit.
I am in the process of filing a lawsuit agains Aristocrat and Johnny Vance. I kept all communications with them on my cell phone and as of this report, yhe job has not been cancelled by me
The workers filling the holes told my wife that the boss decided there was not enough money in this job to continue . I called the owner boss twice and received no return phone call. All communication has been with his son, Mr Johnny Vance iii.
I wanted to let everyone know the unethical and deceitful practices of this company. I would strongly recommend that no one uses their services in the future. I whave also filed a report with BBB.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS. I THINK THAT THEY ARE CHEAP WINDOWS. THEY WERE PUT IN GOOD AND THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND WORKED WELL, BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WINDOWS AT ALL.
