"First, Member, thank you for your positive “A” review on April 30, 2012. We are glad you were satisfied with the repair of your hail damaged home. Regarding this review, our deepest apologies for letting this slip. We take great pride in customer service and satisfaction, and have since made a proactive effort in responding to calls a timely manner. Should you need any services in the future we would gladly accept the opportunity to earn your business."
People at Angler Construction/Servicemaster Clean By Angler Company were very professional. I chose not to go ahead with them because of their price. They were a little bit late to get back to me on the quote. I would contact them again in the future.
"ANGLER CONSTRUCTION IS HAPPY TO REPLY TO THIS POSTING, AND PROVIDE PROPER REPRESENTATION OF OUR POSITION. WE WERE HIRED BY THE MEMBER, ALTHOUGH SHE HAD ANOTHER ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER CONTRACTOR FOR THE SAME SCOPE OF WORK FOR LESS MONEY, TO REMEDIATE THE HOME FOR MOLD DAMAGE. WE WERE NOT HIRED TO DEMOLISH THE HOME. WE WERE UPFRONT WITH HER WITH REGARDS TO THE SCOPE OF THE WORK TO BE DONE WITH OUR DETAILED ESTIMATE. OUR INTENTIONS NEVER CHANGED THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT REGARDING THE SCOPE. SHE HIRED OUR COMPANY, AFTER RESEARCHING OUR SERVICES AND CHECKING OUR REFERENCES, KNOWING FULL WELL THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT SHE HAD SIGNED, AND HOW MUCH SHE WAS TO PAY US, AND WHAT WAS TO BE DONE WITH HER HOME. WE DID THE WORK AS DESCRIBED, AND DID IN FACT ENCOUNTER UNFORESEEN PROBLEMS WITH THE HOME. SHE STATES SHE WAS "LEFT WITH ONLY 2 WALLS AND A SLAB". THE SLAB WAS INTENDED TO BE LEFT, AND THE OTHER 2 REMAINING WALLS WERE IN SUCH A STATE OF DISREPAIR THAT THEY COULD NOT BE SALVAGED. WE DO ADMIT WE SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED HER PRIOR TO REMOVING THOSE WALLS, HOWEVER, NO OTHER CHOICE COULD HAVE BEEN MADE BUT TO REPLACE THEM. WE WOULD LIKE TO AGAIN SAY THAT WE WERE NOT HIRED TO SIMPLY DEMOLISH THE HOME. AS STATED, THAT WOULD HAVE COST AROUND 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS. IF DEMOLISHING THE HOUSE WAS WHAT SHE DESIRED, SHE SHOULD HAVE HIRED SOMEONE TO DO THAT. WE HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE MEMBER IN REGARDS TO THIS SITUATION, AND WOULD LIKE RESOLVE IT AMICABLY, BUT HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HER AGAIN."
