First of all Nicki came over and inspected our roof with our Insurance agent. later on, Tony Reynold the Senior project manger came over and discussed the roofing process with my husband and I. He was very professional. The day before the job, all materials were delivered to our home. The day of the job, The Project manager Russ Zolnowski came with his crew. Russ informed me that we needed new wood on the roof, he quickly went and purchased it and the job was completed in one day. They an did and exceptional job. The roof looks very nice. Afterwards, they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would defiantly recommend American Home Tech for any roofing job.

American Home Tech communicated every step of the way when, and what to expect. Heather was awesome and got up on the roof and painted pole and vents to match. The big crew she had worked fast and hard. Niki and David was great too at what to expect in the process. My whole roof ended up needing the wood sheets and they still were able to finish in about 6 hours and cleaned up.

The whole process was great. So much so my Father has had a new roof installed on all of our homes. His own, my brothers and also mine. My house had a ton of work to be done, huge sections of roof that needed to be completely replaced as well as replacing the shingles. They were able to do it with no notice and still got it done in a day. The crew was fast, efficient, didn't leave any mess after and finished each job in a day. Tom came by and followed up the day after to ensure everything was to out satisfaction. Highly recommend using American Home Tech if you want the job done right the first time.

I could not recommend this business enough! My husband and I bought a home less than 2 years ago and about a year into owning, our roof started leaking due to damages from a storm. After calling around to a few different roofing companies we got the total run around from everyone. American Home Tech knocked on my door and asked if they could give me a free estimate for the storm damages they seen on my roof. From the very first meeting, each individual we dealt with was literally Heaven sent. From the guy who knocked on the door, to the guy who gave the estimate, to the guy who helped us file a claim with our insurance, to the guy who helped us deal with our insurance company when the insurance company fought to replace the roof, to the guy who walked us through all the building process, to the crew who put the roof on, and the project manager who oversaw the building process. Each person was amazing! Our insurance company was extremely difficult, and fought for 7 months to avoid replacing the roof. American Home Tech never gave up, and never got impatient with me or helped me any less in my efforts to fight my insurance company. When the replacement was finally approved, American Home Tech was quick to set up the replacement so the leaking could be stopped as soon as possible. On the day of the roof replacement, all the decking under my old roof was completely unusable. The project Manager, Cody, was on top of looking into my insurance policy to see if there was any way to get insurance to cover it. Because of his excellent knowledge and skills, my insurance company did pay for complete decking replacement as well. The entire crew was on time, kind, and extremely efficient. The project took much longer than expected due to unexpectedly having to replace the decking on the entire house, but they never complained and still finished the roof in one day. They were polite and respectful of me and my little toddlers. Whenever I had to walk outside they would pause working so I could walk safely pass them. Once the work was done, they cleaned up the yard and patio very thoroughly. It honestly looked better once they left than it did when they arrived. I could literally go on and on about this company. They are such an answer to my prayer. My new home now looks even more beautiful with a safe, leak free roof. Thank you American Home Tech, you have a customer for life!

Tom Riegle started the day right by getting there before the crew and letting us know about how the day was going to go..the crew was very friendly and were very efficient..While watching them do my house and garage roof they made it look easy. We wanted to install a newer veneer encased foam exterior stone product on our exposed concrete basement foundation. Most contractors did not know nor wanted to attempt this install type. American Home Tech did not have the exact experience with this Gemstone product but had similar and was willing to attempt the installation and warranty it. Plus their price was in a good range. We did have some slight issues around the install date being pushed to get the proper crew and with the weather, it was delayed. I had to call a few times to figure out what was going on. However, the crew that came out made up for any scheduling as they walked us through the process, showed as they started, and texted for communication on days/times and milestones. Jeremy Burnet and his crew were both skilled in the trade and customer service experienced. Though they did run into a few obstacles they worked through them with us to ensure our satisfaction and awareness. I would recommend this crew to anyone. I usually do not take the time to write reviews but having dealt with so many contractors and projects lately, these guys deserve a shout-out. Professional and quality work.

"Didn’t find the leak? I used a hose on your garage for over a hour to track your leak and determined it wasn’t the roof of your garage like you thought. I then continued the water test and discovered it was the garage door seal. Then after finding the leak I addressed it to you and told you how to fix it. After spending almost 2 hours at your house I never asked for a penny I simply said if you have any roofing needs you know who to trust."
